Ted Sindabizera Ntwari

As Product Manager, Ted is committed to advancing Fracta’s vision of leveraging machine learning to help water utilities optimize their infrastructure planning and operations. Collaborating closely with Fracta’s technical teams, Ted oversees existing features and leads the development of new tools that enable utilities to predict failures, prioritize asset rehabilitation, and make proactive, data-driven decisions.

Ted joined Fracta in 2021, bringing a combined 6 years of experience in data engineering and water/wastewater engineering. Prior to joining Fracta, Ted served as a Hydraulic Engineer and Data Engineer at Black and Veatch, where he built powerful, data-driven models to enhance underground pipe asset assessments.

Ted is passionate about giving back to his community through volunteering at his church. In his free time, he enjoys coaching tennis and pickleball, inspiring others to embrace active lifestyles and build connections through sports.
