As CEO of Fracta, Matoba sets the company’s vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with customer needs and industry trends. He leads a highly talented team dedicated to transforming water infrastructure management through innovative technology.

With over 20 years of experience at Kurita Water Industries Ltd., Fracta’s parent company and Japan’s largest water treatment firm, Matoba has held key roles in sales, technical support, R&D, and marketing. His leadership in digital transformation and IT paved the way for his role as CEO, where he continues to apply his expertise to address the challenges of aging water infrastructure.

Matoba is passionate about mentoring young employees to help them grow and excel in their careers. He regularly donates to his favorite charity Save the Children, contributes to blood donation campaigns, and actively supports causes that improve the well-being of underserved communities.
